煙酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸 / Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide，可簡稱為NAD+，即輔酶 Ⅰ，是人體內功能最廣泛和最重要的生化物質之一，主導人體內四分之一、參與一半以上代謝活動。人體內負責延長壽命與抑制衰老的長壽蛋白(Sirtuins)，其活性亦取決於 NAD+。

科學證明，NAD+ 水平隨年齡增長大幅度下降，導致衰老現象由30歲開始加快，出現身體機能衰退、代謝減慢、脂肪積聚及心腦功能衰老等問題的風險增加，從而引發包括老年痴呆症在內與年齡相關的疾病。
